Following are excerpts from a letter sent to John R. Evans, PA State Representative for District 5 (Erie). It refers to the project done by the OOR Cambridge Springs CReW at the Clark Memorial Library in Venango.

. . . .Operation Outward Reach is an incredible program that wins on all levels. . . The community at large will now reap the benefits of the library make over. . . But finally, the ladies that form the "crew" of Operation Outward Reach give a gift to the community while investing in themselves and their future. They are acquiring new skills and positive attitudes that may not have occurred were it not for this program.

Please continue to lend your support to this program in every way possible. Budget cuts are in the headlines currently and this should never be considered touchable. Please keep this good work thriving.
