OOR has been an important part of the DOC's reentry efforts for many years.  We know that meaningful employment is one of the major keys to a successful reentry. OOR gives inmates the necessary skills to obtain such employment and makes it more likely that they will succeed. As such, crime and victimization is reduced and our communities are safer for all.

The OOR CReW has taken over completion of a new home of a new home for Meadville Habitat for Humanity.
Interior work includes installing and finishing dry wall, doors and trim on both levels and installing the kitchen.  On the outside they are repairing the front and rear decks, installing storm doors and building steps.
