Operation Outward Reach, Inc. is a private non-profit providing 

community based vocational / educational training 

for adult and juvenile offenders.

"From 1972 until today...

2854 inmates graduated from the program of which 60% of the graduate inmates have obtained employment. The CReW Program completed 1878 construction projects for low-income and community groups."  

OUR MISSION

Operation Outward Reach, Inc. is a successful nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality vocational training primarily to adult/ juvenile offenders and to assisting the low income population and other community organizations with needed construction and repair services.

Operation Outward Reach, Inc. serves to meet the needs of state and county governments who want to see offenders repay their debt to the community and, at the same time, gain valuable vocational training to enable them to escape the trap of recidivism. OOR strongly believes in offenders helping others and themselves through vocational training.
